Al Raidah Investment Company (RIC)

Dar Al Riyadh relationship with Raidah Investment Company (RIC) started in 2009 when Dar Al Riyadh was appointed as the construction supervision consultants for King Abdullah Financial District project. The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one of the largest construction sites anywhere in the world. Dar Al Riyadh is involved in this groundbreaking development, supervising a significant percentage of the project with forty-seven of the fifty-nine towers entrusted to our team.

Dar Al Riyadh is also providing construction management services for the Information Technology Communications Complex (ITCC). Once completed, the ITCC will be the center of information technology business in the region. Dar Al Riyadh is responsible for the Construction Supervision of all eleven buildings within the central area. Furthermore, Dar Al Riyadh is also providing post-contract cost management and contract administration, including cost control, value engineering, procurement, strategic advice and dispute resolution services to RIC.
