General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)

Dar Al Riyadh relationship with GOSI started in 1994 when we designed eight (8) house prototypes of different land lot areas/shapes with entrances from the existing roads, internal walkways, and car parking at the diplomatic quarters in Riyadh.

Our relationship with GOSI grew further stronger when we designed the Al Rimal community. The design consisted of 1,250 residential apartments, villas, townhouses, and duplexes. The service buildings consisted of retail sports facilities, health and management building. We have also provided detailed design of the Granada Mall extension in Riyadh. The engineering and architecture disciplines have been at the core of Dar Al Riyadh offerings to the General organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
