Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON)

Dar Al Riyadh relationship with MODON started in 2011 when we provided project management services for the Sudair Industrial City development. Sudair City was envisioned to be a vibrant Industrial City with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities for business both locally and internationally by leveraging on the strong economies of Riyadh and Qassim. The development of a fully-integrated, comprehensively-planned city with work, live, learn and play possibilities was also envisioned subsequently.

Dar Al Riyadh also provided project management services for the 3rd industrial city of Dammam. Dammam-3 is a proposed new industrial city located in the Dammam region in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The city lies 30km to the south of the 2nd Industrial City in Dammam (Dammam-2) and occupies an area of around 48 km2.

Dar Al Riyadh also provided construction supervision for the Jeddah-3 industrial city phase 1.
