Government Sector

During the last two decades, the Saudi Arabian government sector expenditures increased dramatically due to huge spendings on development and infrastructural projects. Its investment portfolio is focused mainly on infrastructure (69 %) followed by buildings.

Since the inception of Dar Al Riyadh in 1975, we have worked for the majority of organizations in this sector, such as: Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabian National Guard, Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and Riyadh Municipality etc.
