Abdullah Al Mustaneer

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Abdullah was appointed as the CEO of Dar Al Riyadh effective January 1, 2023. He is responsible for developing and executing the Company strategy with the support of the business leadership team. He is also responsible for shaping and strengthening the Company’s culture in support of the Company’s long-term strategic direction. He also plays an instrumental role in maintaining strong relationship with strategic clients and partners.

Abdullah joined the company in 2014, when he then held the position of the Group Human Resources Director. He succeeded in leading many strategic programs and initiatives; for example, the HR transformation program focusing on employee engagement, talent development, Saudization, HR service quality, performance management, and the institutionalization of the Company’s value system (Dar Al Riyadh COMPASS).

Prior to joining Dar Al Riyadh, Abdullah spent 11 years working with Saudi Aramco where he provided HR support and advisory services to organizations in the upstream, downstream, and engineering & project management business lines.

Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s of Science in business management from the University of Arizona, and he holds a number of professional certifications in various business practices.


Prince Naif bin Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud

Senior Vice President – Operations

As Senior VP of Operations, Prince Naif is responsible for the operation of the company. He maintains control of the business operations and ensures that corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, Admin and Procurement) are efficient and effective so as to meet client expectations and maximize shareholder’s value. Prince Naif handles the company’s internal affairs taking responsibility for delivering results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis, identifies and resolves organizational performance issues, and sponsors and supports key corporate initiatives. Working closely with the General Managers and Group Directors, he ensures disciplined execution of the Company strategy which is cascaded in the form of corporate and divisional balanced scorecards using the Company’s planning and performance program.

Prince Naif holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut and Master of Business Administration. After his graduation in 2004, he joined and completed the Saudi British Bank management trainee program. Prior to becoming the VP of Operations in 2016, he held various positions within the Company including head of administration and Marketing Director reporting to the Group Commercial Director.


Graeme Harper

General Manager – Design and Construction Management Services

Graeme joined Dar Al Riyadh in January 2019 as the General Manager for Design Services and Construction Management Services. Reporting to the CEO, Graeme is responsible for managing the entire P&L of both business units and for overseeing the key business aspects which include business development, client relationship management, operations management, contract administration, talent development, and internal capabilities building.

Graeme brought to Dar Al Riyadh over 32 years of professional experience in international and regional construction, development, engineering and project management companies. Prior to joining DAR, Graeme spent 9 years with AECOM EMIA in various leadership roles; the latest of which was Commercial Director, Project & Construction Services, EMIA. Graeme’s market sector experience includes infrastructure, oil & gas, retail & leisure, affordable and luxury residential, commercial offices, mixed use, industrial, aeronautical, pharmaceutical, museums / culture, geotechnical and environmental.

Graeme holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Strathclyde.


Carlos Soto

Information Technology Director

Carlos joined Dar Al Riyadh in 2015 to lead the IT function across the group. He is responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy to effectively support the growth of Dar Al Riyadh through optimizing the infrastructure and application landscape, implementing best practice methodologies, and leveraging new technologies.

Carlos lead large-scale transformation, reengineering and optimization projects with a matrix organizational approach, improving effectiveness, cost control, governance and execution. His creativity underpins innovative solutions and the expediting of project design and completion, enhancing stakeholder collaboration with initiatives that support business goals.

Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northrop University, and he has completed the Telefonica Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School University.


Pasupathy Venkatraman

Finance Director

Pasupathy has been with Dar Al Riyadh since 1996 and he has over 40 years’ professional experience in corporate finance. He is responsible for managing and overseeing the various finance functions including corporate finance, accounts, treasury, budgeting, audit, and tax management on behalf of Dar Al Riyadh Group. In addition to his role as Finance Director, Pasupathy provides support to some of the joint ventures and he serve as a board member at Massadr HR Services Company.

Before joining Dar Al Riyadh, he worked in India for 16 years as the head of finance operations of various trading, contracting and manufacturing companies.

Pasupathy holds a bachelor’s degree as well as a post graduate diploma in Business Administration.
