Dar Al Riyadh provided services ranging from the establishment of ground control stations, aerial imagery, adoption of aerial triangulation towards orthophoto rectification of map products, aerial imagery acquisition to ortho-rectification and panoramic imagery generation. The aerial imagery is based upon digital technologies which comprises of 7.5 CM -40Cm ground sample distances. We used panoramic terrestrial image to cover Haram Area and surrounding roads of Medina city at a total distance of 180 km in length. Moreover, oblique aerial imagery was made to produce panoramic photos for more than 300 selected important buildings including the Haram building.
