Scope of work: Master planning, concept and detailed design of the six villas. Each villa is an individual design, with its own swimming pool, external landscaping and direct access to its own private area of beach. All villas on the sites have a rear view onto the sea lagoon of the half moon bay. The landscape development of the road in the buffer strip area on the opposite side of the lagoon conforms to a luxuriously high quality standard with major planting schemes at roundabouts and road junctions.
