Al Tameer Center

Dar Al Riyadh was entrusted with the supervision of the Riyadh Development Company’s first major commercial development project. The Al Tameer Center, located in the city center in Riyadh, comprises of the festival market, gold market, trading units and shopping malls on three floors with two floor offices. The central markets have basement parkings.

The project also included a four-storey car park and extensive hard and soft landscaping, roads and surface parking. The total constructed area of the buildings is 127000 square meters.
