Saudi Aramco Yield Improvement Program

The objective of the yield improvement program was to increase the quantities of marketable products by substituting less valuable products for fuel and improved recovery. Safety and environmental performance were also enhanced. Preliminary design consisted of modified and new facilities for electrical, civil, structural, process/mechanical, piping, pipeline, utility and tire water tie-ins including interface with the plant DCS/ESD and control system.

Scope of work: Studies for process simulation value engineering, preliminary engineering, ER estimation and preparation of the project proposal package for Riyadh refinery’s yield improvement program, B1-3781.
