Dar Al Riyadh was also responsible for obtaining all municipal approvals. The team used a fully integrated BIM parametric clash free system to document the project in a minimum time frame.

DAMAC twin towers are located directly opposite the kingdom tower and each tower accommodate over three hundred, 5 star serviced / residential apartments with world class branded interiors.
