Dar Al Riyadh was commissioned by the Ministry of Communication to design rural, agricultural, and border roads in the Dhahran Al Janoub-Olab Al Majjazah region. The project included a border post between the Kingdom and Yemen, a border guard road, and six bridges. The roads totaled 106 kilometers.
