Information Technology & Communications Complex (ITCC)

Developed by Rayadah Investment Company, the investment division of the Governments’ Pension Agency, the central zone consists of four, twenty story multi-use towers. Each will house R&D and software companies, training and technical business centers and many more IT related organisations. The support buildings will include hotels, leisure facilities, a convention center, residential apartments, a technical college as well as government service buildings.

The site has its own water treatment and district cooling plant, and will cover an area of approximately 6,000,000 square meters.

Dar Al Riyadh supervised the construction of all eleven buildings within the central area and was responsible for post-contract cost management and contract administration, including cost control, value engineering, procurement, strategic advice and dispute resolution services.
