Jabal Omar Development Project

The Jabal Omar Development Company has created a prestigious multi-use 5 Star destination in the center of Makkah-Al Mukarramah intended to serve the guests of the God who come for Hajj and Umrah by providing accommodations and enhanced worship facilities. The development includes; 4 Hotel Towers, convention facility, commercial/retail area and a parking garage covering a total area of 1.9 million square meters.

The project is supported by comprehensive infrastructure programs for power, water, data & communication, drainage and state of the art district cooling system.

Dar Al Riyadh’s role covered the Construction supervision of the four 5 star hotels, specifically Starwood, Westin and Sheraton.
