Madinah Development Authority Headquarters Building
The project has a total BUA of 20,000 M2 excluding the 3 basements that can accommodate a total of 500 cars. The podium level houses the public functions while the tower houses the rest of the department offices. In addition to these, a lecture hall, exhibition areas, social service hall etc. have been provided at the podium for access by the public.
