The Ministry of Housing program is expected to cover the critical shortage of affordable housing for the Saudi population with all necessary utilities and infrastructure. The aim is to provide up to 500,000 housing units throughout the Kingdom over the next few years at a planned cost of roughly 500 billion Saudi Riyals.

Dar Al Riyadh is providing services ranging from master planning, urban planning to concept design, detailed design, final construction documents and construction supervision. Dar Al Riyadh is responsible for all studies, planning and design works necessary to provide a complete urban community. The program includes residential housing, mosques, schools, public services, commercial, health, open spaces, gardens, traffic, and infrastructure. As the construction supervision consultant, we are responsible to monitor, inspect, report and advise the client on the progress of the contractor.
