National Guard Housing Projects

Dar Al Riyadh is responsible for the design review and construction supervision of six neighborhoods comprising of over 550 officer villas for National Guard in Al Ahsa, Dammam and Qassim region. Besides villas, project scope also includes all necessary support services such as sewage treatment, underground & above ground water tanks, irrigation water tanks, drinking & irrigation water networks, electricity stations & networks, telecommunication networks, road & walkways with lighting & landscaping, car parking, fences and gates.
