Prince Nayef Medical City was designed in a way to promote cost-effective phasing for operationally focused master plan, initial phases are designed so that subsequent expansion can be optimized with a long-term flexibility over the life of the buildings. The project is designed to promote the effective sharing of resources, to consolidate surgical theatres, catheterization labs and other procedure suites and to consolidate high value technology efficiency while minimizing cross circulation of in & out patients.

Scope of work: Concept design and master planning of Prince Nayef Medical City. Dar Al Riyadh provided multi-disciplinary services for Prince Nayef Specialization Medical City of 1,552 beds, to be developed in 4 phases.
