Ras Al Khair & Jubail Industrial Cities Consultancy

Dar Al Riyadh has been working for the Royal Commission on consultancy framework agreements for the Ras Al Khair & Jubail Industrial Cities. Dar Al Riyadh has successfully delivered engineering and architectural design projects, including primary and secondary infrastructure such as roads, power, drainage, and telecom.

Dar Al Riyadh has also delivered projects pertaining to commercial office buildings, large scale residential, sports facilities, dining facilities, mosques and educational facilities for government and Royal Commission staff. We have prepared RFP documentation which is issued for bid to selected contractors, and the contracts are then awarded to the successful bidder as P&C contracts.

Dar Al Riyadh has also successfully partnered with other renowned consultants on joint venture contracts to produce front-end engineering and feasibility studies including master planning and environmental impact studies for Jubail and Ras Al-Khair Industrial Cities.

Scope of work: Design, RFP documents, and drawings for EPC and PC contracts.
