Sabic Saudization Program

The aim of the program is to effectively contribute to unemployment reduction by means of recruitment, training, preparation and employment of qualified Saudi nationals at Sabic companies in Jubail & Yanbu. In-cooperation with the Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu and the Human Resources Development Fund, SABIC adopted a training program under theme “Cooperative Project for Saudization of contractors functions in the cities of Jubail and Yanbu”.

Scope of work: Saudization program including vocational training, on-the-job-training and an extensive induction program for more than 300 Saudi nationals so far.
