This project is part of SABIC’s master plan to enhance its R&D facilities. This state of the art technology center is specifically planned to augment specialized R&D capabilities. The project will be expanded to include a catalyst pilot plant for specialized·research in this discipline.

The project scope includes the design and construction management of two storey administration and laboratory facilities. The laboratories include metallurgical, material, corrosion, environmental and health research disciplines. Other buildings as a part of this project include clinic, library, prayer hall and cafeteria along with gate houses, fencing, lighting, car parks, roads, pavements etc. Also included are the utility systems such as potable and distilled water treatment, treating system for both chemical and sanitary wastes, fire protection system, communication facilities, electrical substations and power distribution system.

Scope of work: Detailed design and construction supervision of the SABIC Technology Center at the Jubail Industrial City. The project covers a total area of over a million square meters.
