Reviewing and Approving the Plans of the Granada Mall Expansion Project
Design consultancy services for the extension of Granada Mall to incorporate 15 new cinemas.
The Scope of services covers the following:
- data collection.
- review and validation of the existing conditions.
- preparation and submission of IFC drawings for all disciplines ( Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and Life safety package).
- coordinating with related Authorities, Municipality and Civil Defense, and obtaining approvals and building permit.
