When it comes to shaping and reinforcing our culture of integrity, we share a deep-seated belief that every single one of Dar Al Riyadh employees is a LEADER despite the position they hold in the organization. As Dar Al Riyadh employees, we realize the critical role we play as role models in adhering to the principles of Dar Al Riyadh Compass which represents our Five Core Values. To support our people to uphold the ethos of Dar Al Riyadh Compass, we have translated each of the five core values into specific daily behaviors that match their level in the Company. These behaviors can be found in Dar Al Riyadh Employee Guide to Exemplifying Dar Al Riyadh Compass. At the core of our culture lies Dar Al Riyadh’s Code of Conduct, which represents the minimum behavioral standards that we expect of every Dar Al Riyadh employee. Our code gives us all a clear framework for doing the right thing at all times.

Specifically, we developed Dar Al Riyadh’s Code of Conduct to:

  • Provide important information and tips about Dar Al Riyadh’s minimum behavioral standards.
  • Help our people identify ethical and compliance issues that could be encountered both on and off the job.
  • Guide our people to resolve the identified issues per the Company policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Encourage our people to seek the advice of your direct manager, colleagues, or the assigned HR Business Partner to support you make the right decision when confronted with an ethically challenging situation.

We expect and encourage all our people to make it a top priority to read, understand, and adhere to the minimum behavioral standards provided in Dar Al Riyadh’s Code of Conduct, We create a safe space for all our people to challenge any unethical, dishonest, unacceptable, or questionable behavior.

To further strengthen our culture of integrity, we implemented our world-class Ethics and Compliance Program in cooperation with The Ethisphere Institute, the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices that fuel corporate character, marketplace trust, and business success. This program is not merely a collection of policies and procedures but rather an all-encompassing and holistic approach that cuts across all business practices to make ethical conduct part of how we do business at all levels. In addition to the stand-alone policies that are translated to multiple languages, the program is carefully designed to provide practical tools to help our leaders and their team members play their critical role in protecting the interest of our valued clients and all our stakeholders.
