Urban Planning Inspection Project

The scope of services covers the following:

Check and inspect all buildings under construction in the city of Riyadh.
The inspections cover all architectural workings such as built areas, architectural plans, unit count in buildings, municipality licenses, and any possible violations in the buildings.
Review and check technical reports from the consultants’ offices for buildings at all stages of construction.
Prepare the completion technical report of buildings.
