Dar Al Riyadh Wins RPI 2020 Best Practice Award in 3 Standards.
Dar Al Riyadh won the 2020 RPI Best Practice® Award in three of the RPI Best Practice Standards® namely: Standard 1: recognition strategy, Standard 5: recognition training, and Standard 7: recognition program change and flexibility.
Dar Al Riyadh is the first company to win this award in the Middle East. This gives us the confidence that our employee recognition practices are evolving at a satisfactory pace and we will do our best to win in all 7 standards next year.
