The scope of work includes:
- Design review and Supervision for the construction of 11250 villas for 8 sites.
- Supervision for all external works (infrastructure networks and tanks,…..)
- Review and approval for all (design - shop - as built) drawings.
- Review and approval for materials.
- Follow up and control Quality plan, safety plan & project time schedule.
- Review and approval for IPCs for contractors.
- submit and follow up on Dar invoices till payment.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to clients.
