Design of Madina Development Authority Building

Dar Al Riyadh's Design Services Division executed concept design stage until tender documentation stage of architectural and required engineering (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc.) design including site studies, space programming, obtaining all authority approvals and permits. The project has a total BUA of 20,000M2 excluding the 3 basements that can accommodate a total of 500 cars.
