Saudi Irrigation Organization – Establishment and Operation of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
The project aims to enhance the project management and corporate governance ecosystem at the Saudi Irrigation Organization through the establishment and operation of an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
The scope includes developing governance frameworks, policies, and methodologies, as well as designing an integrated target operating model. These initiatives are intended to improve operational efficiency, strengthen monitoring and reporting, build organizational capabilities, and support sustainable performance.
