The project aims to develop and operate the Project Management Office at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, thereby strengthening the enterprise-wide project management ecosystem.
The scope includes enhancing the project governance framework, managing the project portfolio, monitoring performance, preparing executive reports and advanced dashboards, and enabling Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). The project also supports digital transformation initiatives to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and overall institutional performance.
