The project aims to establish and operationalize the Project Management Office (PMO) at the State Properties General Authority through an integrated operating and governance model.
The scope includes developing policies, methodologies, and procedures; preparing a comprehensive project management manual; and establishing effective decision-making and project prioritization mechanisms. These efforts are designed to enhance project portfolio management, strengthen governance, and ensure alignment with the Authority’s strategic objectives.
